Management is making sure the production is going to go smooth. I like to create a good
folder structure for all the parts of the project. This is my normal folder layout for a puzzle
game project. By having a good clean structure to your folders will allow you to manage the
project
without exploding :).

Main Game Folder (Project X)

A example of a simple Silkjade game is below

1. Game design Folder

  • Concept
  • Final Production Design
  • Production Updates

2. Code Folder

  • Etc....

3. Music&sound Folder
